Not having ANY kind of system wide connectivity issues at all. Using 2017 iMac with Catalina, and Ethernet. I don't have trouble shooting tools or knowledge to figure out why my computer is completely refusing to connect with their secure servers there at iLok, when I run the app iLok License Manager. I have gone into Firewall settings and entered the app and the iLok License Daemon for "approved" connections. Unbelievably, iLok support says I am the only customer in their entire history to ever have this problem. This is fine as only one All Access Pass license can be active simultaneously.10 days ago, the application called iLok License Manager started saying "Online Access Unavailable" when I run the app. You’ll be warned that the previously open cloud session will need tool be closed first. If this is the case Close Your Cloud Session will be greyed out which means instead of closing the session first, you may need to open it. Note: It’s possible your iLok Cloud session is already close or opened on another machine.
